We design and run cloud infrastructure, deployment workflows, monitoring, and operational systems — including the fully automated pipelines behind our own products.
We build, improve, and operate infrastructure that needs to stay reliable under real conditions. Our DevOps work is focused on practical outcomes: stronger delivery workflows, better monitoring, more scalable architecture, reduced manual overhead, and systems that are easier to run over time.
Simpler, more consistent release workflows
Earlier detection and operational visibility
Systems built to handle real growth
Automation that frees engineering time
The core of our DevOps work — scan it in ten seconds.
Systematic, hands-on work across the full platform lifecycle — build, ship, observe, and operate.
Infrastructure built for reliability, performance, and maintainability, with strong experience in AWS-based environments and cloud-native operational systems.
Delivery workflows that reduce manual effort, simplify releases, and create consistent deployment processes across environments.
Detecting issues earlier through better monitoring, health checks, observability, and the operational systems around production environments.
Moving away from brittle, high-maintenance setups toward more scalable, resilient, and easier-to-operate architectures.
Systems that handle growth, traffic changes, and long-term operational demands while reducing wasted effort and infrastructure friction.
The internal systems that make engineering more effective — release workflows, quality pipelines, and the tooling around day-to-day platform operations.
These are the problems that separate routine work from the hard stuff, and the ones we have the most experience with.
Our DevOps work is grounded in real platform operations. We do not just talk about infrastructure in theory. We have worked on large-scale environments, built automated CI/CD and deployment pipelines, improved monitoring and health workflows, and modernized infrastructure to make it more reliable, scalable, and easier to operate over time.

Not every DevOps challenge is really an infrastructure problem. Sometimes the issue is release complexity. Sometimes it is visibility. Sometimes it is operational overhead that keeps teams stuck doing repetitive work. We start by finding which one it is.
That might mean automating deployment workflows, modernizing the architecture, improving monitoring, or redesigning the operational flow around the platform.
A few examples of the kinds of DevOps and infrastructure work we have done:
Every build, test, and deployment for livingroom.games runs through automated CI/CD pipelines, across the web app and the Android app today, and iOS and Steam next. Releasing is routine, not a project.

We developed tool_upmon, an open-source Moodle plugin that integrates with UptimeRobot to monitor site availability, cron health, and maintenance-mode status — helping teams detect deeper application issues earlier.
This site runs on S3 and CloudFront with separate staging and production. Every deploy is validated first, previewed, uploaded with the right cache headers, and finished with an automatic CDN invalidation, and staging access is managed through Secrets Manager.

Bridging software, infrastructure, and UX
Infrastructure design, CI/CD, deployment automation, monitoring, operational systems, and scalability work. Today it powers our own products, like the fully automated build, test, and deploy pipelines behind Living Room Games.
Our strongest experience is in AWS: infrastructure design, automation, deployment workflows, and platform operations. This website runs on AWS S3 and CloudFront.
From one unified codebase, with every platform’s builds, tests, and deployments running through automated CI/CD pipelines. The web app is live, the Android app is built, and iOS and Steam are planned.
Our approach is practical and operations-focused. We are not only looking at infrastructure diagrams — we look at how systems are deployed, monitored, maintained, upgraded, and supported over time so the platform works better in the real world.
